A response that contradicts itself, arrives from an unexpected source, or skews a result far from the rest is flagged for a person, so someone judges whether it counts before it moves the numbers everyone reads.

Reminder Scheduling

On the cadence you set, the agent reads which invited contacts have not yet responded and, where consent and your rule allow, sends a SurveyMethods reminder to just those people. It logs each nudge so no one is chased twice in a window. A contact who has opted out, a survey already at its target count, or a reminder that would breach your frequency rule is skipped and noted for the owner, so a person decides on the edge cases rather than the agent over-messaging a reluctant respondent.
