Card Tagging and Filing

As new Supernotes cards arrive, the agent reads each card's text and applies your filing rule: the tags, parent card, or collection it belongs in based on the content. Where the connector permits, it writes those tags back and links the card into place, so the note lands where the team expects it. A card whose topic is ambiguous, one that could sit in several places, or content that looks sensitive is left untagged and flagged to the owner, so a person files it rather than the agent guessing and burying it in the wrong stack.

Task Extraction from Notes

Meeting notes and idea cards often bury action items in prose. On a trigger you set, the agent reads recent Supernotes cards, picks out lines that read as tasks, and, following your rule, records them as a checklist or a linked task card with any owner and date the text names. Items it captures cleanly are written back; a vague commitment, an unnamed owner, or a deadline it cannot pin down is listed for a person to confirm, so nothing becomes a task on a shaky reading of the note.

Duplicate and Stale Card Review

On a schedule, the agent reads across your Supernotes collection to find cards that repeat the same idea or have gone untouched past the age your rule sets. It groups likely duplicates and marks stale cards for attention, updating a review list rather than deleting anything. A near-duplicate that differs in a meaningful detail, or an old card that still looks important, is put in front of the owner with both versions shown, so a person decides what to merge, keep, or archive instead of losing content to an automatic sweep.
