Bill Supercast members and subscription records, automating membership work like welcoming new subscribers and chasing payments that lapse.
Member Onboarding
A new Supercast subscription triggers the agent to read the member record and the plan they chose. Against your welcome rule, it confirms the private feed or benefit they are owed, sets their status to active, and sends the onboarding note using the contact details the connector exposes. A signup with a mismatched plan, a payment that has not cleared, or a benefit the rule cannot map is routed to your membership lead with the record attached, so a person sorts the exception before the member is granted access they should not yet have.
Lapsed Payment Recovery
When a Supercast charge fails or a card expires, the agent reads the affected subscription and the member behind it. Following your dunning rule, it marks the account past due, records the failure reason, and prepares a reminder asking the member to update billing, within the limits your permissions set. A long-standing member lapsing, a high-tier plan at risk, or repeated failures on one account are escalated to a person with the payment history, so someone decides whether to keep chasing, offer a grace period, or close the membership.
Churn and Cancellation Logging
A cancellation or downgrade prompts the agent to read the subscription's history and note why the member left where that reason is captured. It updates your retention record, tags the reason category your rule defines, and notifies the show owner so the pattern is visible. A cancellation from a large sponsor account, a cluster of exits in a short window, or a reason that looks like a billing fault rather than choice is flagged to a person, so a human looks at whether something broke instead of assuming the member simply moved on.
