Template composition

A template is the reusable layout behind a campaign email. A Beam agent reads the brief and the brand kit your team maintains, drafts the email in a template following the structure marketing approved, and fills copy and image slots from the source you point it at. It saves the draft for review. Emails carrying legal text, pricing, or a claim that needs sign-off are left as drafts and flagged to a marketer, since wording that reaches customers should pass a human read before it ships anywhere.

Reusable block updates

Stripo stores headers, footers, and modules as blocks reused across many emails. When a shared detail changes, like an address or a social link, a Beam agent reads which block holds it, edits the block once, and notes the emails that draw on it so the team knows what shifted. It keeps saved blocks aligned with your current brand. Changes that affect legal footers or unsubscribe wording are proposed rather than applied, waiting for an owner to approve before the update reaches any live campaign.

Export to sending platform

A finished email has to leave Stripo before it can go out. When a design is approved, a Beam agent reads the export the connector exposes and hands the layout to the sending platform your team uses, placing it in the right campaign or template slot. It records where each design landed. Exports that fail a rendering or link check, or a campaign missing its audience and schedule, are held for a marketer to complete, so nothing ships with a broken link or an empty list.
