On-stream donation alerts

A donation alert is the on-screen moment that thanks a viewer for a tip. When a contribution clears through your connected processor, a Beam agent reads the donor name and amount, and posts the thank-you the streamer approved, holding to the wording and limits set for the channel. It records the donation against your supporter list. A tip flagged as possibly fraudulent, or one large enough to need review, is held back and passed to a moderator before it ever appears in front of the audience.

Follower welcome messages

New followers arrive throughout a broadcast, and a quick greeting keeps them engaged. A Beam agent reads follow events as they come in, and for each one it posts the welcome your streamer wrote, spacing messages so chat does not flood. It adds the follower to the audience record your team keeps. Follows that look like bot activity, or accounts already flagged in moderation, are skipped and reported to a moderator, who decides whether to greet, ignore, or block the account outright before anything shows.

Stream event logging

Every broadcast throws off events: tips, follows, raids, and subscriptions. A Beam agent reads these as the stream runs, writes each into the record your team reviews later, and tallies the session so a creator sees totals without scrubbing back through video. It groups events by type for reporting. Anything that looks off, like a payment that later reverses or a metric that spikes well past normal, is marked for a person to check, since messy numbers mislead the sponsor reports later built on them.
