Sticky note capture

Sticky notes are the raw ideas people drop onto a shared board. A Beam agent reads the notes on a board, and when a facilitator marks a section as ready, it groups related notes, writes each into the destination your team picked, and stamps them with the board and author. It keeps the board and the target list aligned as notes get added. Notes that are blank, repeated, or too vague to act on are set aside for a facilitator to clarify rather than pushed downstream on their own.

Idea voting rollups

Stormboard lets a group vote on the notes that matter most. After a voting round closes, a Beam agent reads the tallies, orders the notes by score, and records the ranking against the workshop record so the outcome survives when the board is archived. It can open a follow-up item for the leading choices. Ties, or a vote where turnout fell short of the threshold your team set, are flagged to the facilitator to break or rerun, instead of being decided automatically by the agent.

Board session summaries

A finished board holds decisions, actions, and open questions scattered across columns. When a session ends, a Beam agent reads the board, gathers the items your template cares about, and drafts a summary into the note or doc your team uses, attributing each point to its column. It links the summary back to the board for reference. Boards left messy, or ones mixing several unrelated topics in one place, are handed to a person to sort, because a clean summary needs human judgment on what actually belongs where.
