Signature request tracking

A signature request bundles a document, its signers, and their signing order. A Beam agent opens a request when an upstream event calls for it, fills the signer fields from your source record, and reads back each status as parties view and sign. As states move from sent to viewed to completed, it updates the linked record in your CRM or store. A request that stalls past your agreed limit, or one where a signer disputes a field, is handed to a person rather than pushed forward on its own.

Automated signer reminders

Signers often need a nudge before a document gets finished. A Beam agent watches open requests, and once a signer has left a document untouched for the interval your team chose, it issues the reminder the connector allows and notes the attempt against the request. It stops reminding as soon as the signature lands. When a signer keeps declining, or a deadline sits close to a contractual date, the agent alerts an owner instead of prompting again, so a person can call the recipient directly and sort it out.

Signed document filing

Once every party signs, the completed file and its audit trail become the definitive record. A Beam agent picks up the completion event, reads the finished document reference, and files it into the folder or account object your process expects, tagging it with the deal or matter it belongs to. It marks the source record as fully executed. Documents that fail validation, or land without a clear home in your system, route to a person to place by hand before they enter the archive for good and become the file of record.
