Review invitations

Review invitations reach out to a customer through Starloop and ask them to rate a recent experience. When a qualifying event lands, such as a closed order or a completed visit, a Beam agent reads the customer and timing details, applies the approved rule for who to ask and when, and queues the invitation. It records the request against the customer so it is not repeated. Where a customer has opted out, was contacted too recently, or does not meet the rule's criteria, the agent skips the invite and leaves that contact for a person to review.

Rating collection

Rating collection reads the reviews and scores customers return through Starloop. A Beam agent pulls new responses on a schedule, applies the approved rule for what each rating means, and writes the outcome to the customer record. Positive results are recorded quietly, keeping a running view of sentiment. When a low score, a complaint, or wording that suggests a service issue comes in, the agent marks it and routes the response straight to the team member who owns that relationship, so a person answers rather than an automated reply.

Eligible-contact upkeep

Eligible-contact upkeep decides which customers should enter the review flow. A Beam agent reads new and updated contacts from your source records, applies the approved rule for eligibility, such as a recent purchase or a satisfied status, and adds qualifying people to the Starloop list. It records why each contact was included so the list stays defensible. Where a contact's eligibility is unclear, a suppression flag applies, or the same person appears twice, the agent leaves them out and asks a person to confirm before they are invited.
