Spin up Stammer.ai client agents and read their conversation logs, automating agency work like onboarding a new client bot and refreshing its knowledge base.
Client agent onboarding
Client agent onboarding stands up a new branded assistant inside Stammer.ai for one of an agency's customers. When a signed client record appears, a Beam agent reads the plan, branding, and settings tied to it, applies the approved setup rule, and configures the agent so it is ready to hand over. It writes the new agent reference back to the client record. Where required branding is missing, a plan limit is unclear, or the setup rule leaves a choice open, the agent pauses the build and asks an account manager to confirm the details.
Knowledge base upkeep
Knowledge base upkeep keeps the material a Stammer.ai agent draws on current for each client. Prompted by a new document or an edited source, a Beam agent reads the incoming content, applies the approved rule for what belongs in that client's base, and updates the agent's sources where permissions allow. It records which documents are now live so the change is traceable. When a source conflicts with existing material, looks out of date, or falls outside the client's agreed scope, the agent holds it back and routes the item to a person.
Conversation monitoring
Conversation monitoring reads the chat logs a Stammer.ai agent produces so an agency can see how each client's assistant performs. A Beam agent pulls recent conversations on a schedule, applies the approved rule for what to flag, such as unanswered questions or a spike in volume, and writes a summary to the client record. This surfaces issues without reading every transcript by hand. Where a conversation trips a sensitive-topic rule or an escalation signal, the agent marks it and routes it straight to the responsible team member.
