Multi-channel conversation intake

SnatchBot runs chatbots across channels such as web chat, SMS, and messaging apps. A Beam agent reads the conversation logs a bot produces, and following your approved rule records each exchange against the right contact or creates a new one. Details a visitor shares, like name, email, or request type, land on the record without manual entry. The agent notifies a rep when a conversation shows buying intent. Chats that raise a complaint, ask something the bot flow does not cover, or need a human decision are routed to a person instead.

Lead qualification flows

Bots built in SnatchBot ask visitors qualifying questions during a chat. A Beam agent reads the answers a flow collects and applies your scoring rule to decide whether a lead is ready for sales. Qualified contacts are updated with their score and passed to the assigned rep; unqualified ones are noted for nurture. The agent fires this the moment a flow completes, so follow-up is quick. When answers are contradictory, a visitor asks to speak with someone, or the score sits on the boundary you set, the case goes to a human.

Live-agent handoff

SnatchBot lets a bot pass a conversation to a human when needed. A Beam agent watches active chats and, following your rule, hands off any conversation where the visitor asks for a person or the bot cannot proceed. Before the handoff it summarises what the bot has gathered and attaches it to the ticket or contact so the rep has context. Routine chats stay with the bot. Conversations involving a complaint, a sensitive account request, or repeated failed answers are escalated to staff rather than looped back into the flow.
