Smiirl counters are physical displays that show a live number, such as followers or sales, on a wall. A Beam agent reads the source metric wherever your account connects it and applies the update rules your team approved, refreshing the counter's value on the agreed schedule. It records each update and confirms the display is current. When the source stops returning data, or a number swings far beyond its normal range, the agent stops writing and alerts a marketer, who checks the feed before the counter shows a figure that could be wrong.

Milestone Alerts

A milestone is a round number worth celebrating, like ten thousand followers. As the tracked count climbs, a Beam agent reads the current value against the thresholds your team set, and when one is crossed it notifies the chosen channel so the moment can be marked. It logs which milestone fired and when. A sudden jump that clears several milestones at once, which often signals a data glitch rather than real growth, is routed to a person, who confirms the number is genuine before any public celebration goes ahead.

Counter Health Checks

A health check confirms each counter is online and showing the right figure. On a regular interval a Beam agent reads every counter's last update and connection status, applying the tolerance your team approved for how stale a value may be. Where a display looks current it records the check and moves on. A counter that has gone quiet, shows a frozen value, or reports a connection error is flagged to whoever manages the hardware, who decides whether the fix is a reconnect, a reset, or an on-site visit.
