360 Feedback Requests

Peers, managers, and reports submit written feedback about a colleague during a review round. When a new cycle opens, a Beam agent reads the participant list and each person's pending requests, then sends reminders to reviewers who have not responded by the approved cutoff. It records which submissions have landed and updates the cycle's completion status. Feedback that reads as a complaint, names a conduct issue, or contradicts a manager's rating gets routed to an HR partner, who decides how the note should be handled before anything reaches the reviewee.

Review Cycle Tracking

A review cycle groups objectives, self-assessments, and manager ratings into one dated round. Once a cycle launches, a Beam agent watches each employee's progress, reads which forms are complete, and applies the schedule your HR team approved to nudge people nearing a deadline. It updates status fields and posts a short digest to managers listing who is behind. Cases where a rating is missing after the final reminder, or a self-assessment is left blank, go to the HR owner rather than closing on their own, since a person decides how to proceed.

Objective Check-ins

Objectives capture what someone plans to achieve over a quarter, with periodic check-ins on progress. When a check-in falls due, a Beam agent reads the objective and its last update, then prompts the owner to record current status against the approved cadence. It writes the returned note to the objective and marks the check-in complete. An objective that has stalled across two cycles, or one flagged at risk by its owner, is escalated to the manager, who judges whether the goal should be reset, dropped, or kept.
