Drop ringless voicemails to Slybroadcast contact lists and read delivery reports, automating outreach chores like retrying failed drops.
Ringless voicemail campaigns
Beam runs Slybroadcast voicemail drops from a trigger in another system. When a contact reaches a stage your process defines, an agent reads their record, applies your rule about consent and timing, and queues the approved voicemail to their number where permissions allow it. It records which contacts were sent to and when. Contacts on a do-not-contact list, in the wrong time zone for an allowed window, or missing a valid mobile number are held back. The agent routes those to a person rather than dropping a voicemail that should not go out.
Delivery report handling
Beam reads Slybroadcast delivery results and acts on them. After a campaign runs, an agent reads the delivery report, applies your rule for what each outcome means, and updates the matching contact records or the campaign log in your system. Successful drops move the contact to the next step; clear failures are marked for a retry within your limits. It notifies the owner with a short summary. Patterns that look wrong, like a whole batch failing at once, are escalated to a person to investigate before the same drop is attempted again.
Contact list preparation
Beam gets a contact list ready before a Slybroadcast send. An agent reads the source contacts, applies your rules, removing numbers already opted out, dropping duplicates, and keeping only valid mobile formats, then assembles the cleaned list where the connector allows it. It records how many contacts were kept and why others were dropped. Numbers it cannot classify, or contacts whose consent status is unclear, are set aside for a person to confirm. This keeps a campaign from reaching someone who never agreed to receive a voicemail.
