Learner enrollment

Beam adds people to the right SkillzRun courses without manual entry. When a new hire or student appears in your source system, an agent reads their details, applies your rule for which courses that role or group needs, and creates the enrollment where the connector and permissions allow it. It records each enrollment and can message the learner that access is ready. If a person does not match a clear rule, or seems to need a course outside the standard set, the agent holds the case and asks a coordinator to decide before enrolling them.

Course progress nudges

Beam keeps learners moving through SkillzRun without a manager chasing them. On a schedule, an agent reads progress across active enrollments, applies your rule for what counts as behind, such as no activity in a set number of days, and sends the learner an approved reminder. It records who was nudged and updates a status an administrator can watch. Learners who repeatedly stall, or who are close to a deadline they will miss, are escalated to a coordinator so a person can follow up directly rather than send another automated message.

Completion and certificate handling

Beam handles the paperwork when a learner finishes a course. When SkillzRun marks a course complete, an agent reads the result, applies your rule, and updates the learner's record in your system or notifies the team that owns compliance. Where a certificate is issued, it files or forwards it as your process requires. Everything is logged for an audit later. If a completion looks off, like a course finished far faster than expected or a required assessment missing, the agent does not close it out; it routes the record to a person to check.
