Beam keeps a SiteSpeakAI chatbot current as your material changes. When a help article or product page is updated, an agent reads the new content and adds or refreshes the matching training source so answers stay accurate. It follows your rule about which sources are approved for the bot. Each update is recorded for an owner to see. Where new content conflicts with an existing answer, or touches a sensitive topic like refunds or legal terms, the agent does not guess; it notifies a person to confirm the wording before the bot uses it.

Live chat deflection

Beam handles the routine side of SiteSpeakAI conversations. When a visitor asks a question the trained bot can confidently answer, the exchange proceeds and the agent records it. For questions outside the approved knowledge, an agent reads the transcript, applies your escalation rule, and hands the conversation to a support person with the context attached. It can tag each chat by topic so patterns are visible. Billing disputes, account changes, and anything your rules mark as human-only are routed to a person rather than answered on their own.

Unanswered question review

Beam turns gaps in the chatbot into a work list. On a schedule, an agent reads conversations where the bot could not help, groups them by theme, and applies your rule for what counts as a recurring gap. It compiles these into a summary for the content owner, with example questions and how often each came up. Where an obvious source already exists, the agent can suggest adding it. Deciding what new article to write, or whether a topic should stay human-only, is left to a person.
