Guided signing experience

SignerX walks signers through a document step by step. A Beam agent triggers when a document is ready, reads the signer list and field placements from your record, and launches the signing flow using the layout your team approved. It writes the invitation status back so progress is visible. When a required field has no assigned signer, or the document is missing a placement the template expects, the agent stops and asks a person to complete the setup, so no signer meets a broken or confusing flow when they open the document.

Signer progress tracking

SignerX reports where each signer stands in the flow. A Beam agent reads which parties have opened, started, and finished signing, updates the matching record, and nudges anyone stalled using the timing your team approved. When a signer abandons the flow, reports a problem, or passes a deadline, the agent halts reminders and notifies the owner. It leaves questions about the document's content or terms to a person, keeping itself to the mechanical job of moving routine signatures along. That split keeps chasing fast and judgment human.

Completion recording

When every signer finishes, SignerX marks the document complete and produces the final copy. A Beam agent reads the completion event, saves the signed file to the location your team set, and updates the record to reflect the closed state. If the final copy is unavailable, or the signer count does not match what was expected, the agent withholds the completed status and flags the case. Nothing is filed as done until the finished document and its signers line up, and a person clears any mismatch before it closes.
