A Beam agent triggers when a contract is ready, reads the signer details from your record, and sends the signing request using the certified flow your team approved. It writes the request reference back so the status is visible. When signer identity details are incomplete, or the contract type requires a stronger verification level than the record specifies, the agent pauses and asks a person to confirm the right process before a certified request goes out. This keeps every certified send grounded in checked details.

Audit trail capture

Each signed transaction carries a detailed audit trail showing who signed, when, and from where. A Beam agent reads this trail once a document completes, writes the key evidence into the matching record, and marks the transaction closed. Where the trail shows a mismatch, such as an unexpected signer or a gap in the sequence, the agent does not file it as complete; it raises the case for a compliance reviewer. Routine, clean completions are recorded automatically, while anything irregular reaches a person who can judge whether it holds up.

Trust service verification

Signaturit provides trust services that back the validity of a signed document. A Beam agent reads the verification result returned for a completed signature, updates the record with whether it passed, and releases the document to the next step your team defined. When verification fails, is inconclusive, or references a certificate the rules do not recognise, the agent holds the document and notifies a person. It never overrides a failed check, leaving the decision to accept or reject to someone accountable for compliance.
