Circulate documents for electronic signature and read their signing status, covering routine approval chases where the connector and permissions allow.
Electronic signature requests
Signaturely sends documents out for electronic signature. A Beam agent triggers when a document is marked ready, reads the signer list from your record, and sends the request using the template and order your team approved. It writes the request status back so everyone can see where the document stands. When a signer address is missing or clearly wrong, or a document lacks a required field, the agent holds the request and asks a person to fix the details before anything reaches a customer's inbox.
Signature status tracking
Each request moves from sent to viewed to signed. A Beam agent reads the current status of open documents, updates the matching record, and reminds signers who have stalled using the schedule and wording your team approved. When a signer declines, raises a question, or a deadline passes, the agent stops the automatic reminders and notifies the document owner. It leaves any negotiation or change to the document itself to a person, keeping the agent to routine chasing rather than judgment calls.
Completed document filing
Once every party signs, Signaturely produces a finished signed copy. A Beam agent reads the completion event, retrieves the signed document, and files it in the folder or record your team defined, updating the status to closed. If a signed copy is missing, or the completion looks incomplete against the expected signer count, the agent does not mark the deal done; it flags the gap for a person to check, so nothing is recorded as fully executed until the paperwork actually matches.
