Branded short link generation

When a link is needed under one of your custom domains, an agent reads the target URL and campaign, then creates a short link in Short.io on the right white label domain. It applies your rules for slug format and campaign tagging, and records the link where your team tracks it. Links that fit your rules are made and logged on their own. When the chosen slug already exists, the target fails a format or safety check, or the domain requested is not one you control, the agent holds the request and asks a marketing owner to pick another slug or confirm the destination first.

Custom domain routing

Short.io serves links across your branded domains, and an agent keeps those links routing to the right place. It reads change and retire requests, applies your rules, and repoints or disables links so a branded domain never resolves to a dead or wrong page. Standard updates to approved targets are handled without review. When a repoint touches a link already shared publicly, a new destination fails a check, or a domain wide change would affect many links at once, the agent holds it and routes the request to a marketing owner, who confirms before live branded links are changed.

Redirect and click reporting

Each Short.io link records redirects, and an agent reads these counts to keep your campaign and reporting records current. On a schedule it collects click and redirect figures, applies your rules, and writes them back for your team, tagged to the right campaign. Routine reporting proceeds untouched. When a link shows a sudden burst that looks like bot traffic, a link expected to be active reports nothing, or Short.io figures diverge from another analytics source beyond your tolerance, the agent flags the numbers and notifies a marketing owner to verify the source before the figures are used to judge a campaign.
