Branded link creation

When a campaign needs a trackable link, an agent reads the destination URL and campaign details, then creates a branded short link in Short Menu under your rules. It applies your naming convention for the slug, tags the link to the right campaign, and records it where your team works. Links that fit your conventions are created and logged on their own. When a requested slug is already taken, a destination fails a safety or format check, or a link points somewhere your rules do not allow, the agent holds it and asks a marketing owner to adjust the slug or approve the destination.

Click analytics reporting

Short Menu records clicks on each branded link, and an agent reads these figures to keep your campaign records current. On a schedule, it collects click totals and trends, applies your rules, and writes the numbers back to the campaign or a report your team reviews. Normal reporting runs without review. When clicks on a link spike far beyond its pattern, a link expected to be live shows no activity, or figures disagree with another source beyond tolerance, the agent flags the report and notifies a marketing owner to check for a broken link, bot traffic, or a tracking gap first.

Link routing and updates

Destinations change as pages move or campaigns end, and an agent keeps Short Menu links pointed correctly. It reads update requests, applies your rules, and repoints or retires links so a branded URL never leads to a dead page. Standard redirects to an approved destination are updated without review. When a change would repoint a link used in printed or sent material, a new destination fails a check, or a retire request affects a link still driving traffic, the agent holds the change and routes it to a marketing owner, who confirms before a live branded link is altered or switched off.
