Classify SendX subscribers and campaign data, automating list work like tagging leads and updating contact fields after clicks.
Lead tagging on activity
SendX records how each subscriber responds to your campaigns through opens, clicks, and visits. A Beam agent reads that behavior after a send, applies the tagging rule your team approved, and marks leads by interest or readiness on their contact record so the next campaign targets the right people. The tags write back to SendX automatically. A lead whose behavior is ambiguous, or whose new activity contradicts an existing tag, is handed to a person rather than retagged, so your segments reflect genuine interest instead of a shaky automated guess.
Drip sequence enrollment
SendX runs automated email sequences that move subscribers through a series of messages. An agent reads a subscriber's stage and recent actions, checks them against the entry rules your team defined, and enrolls or removes the person so each sequence holds the right audience. The membership change is recorded on the contact. When a subscriber qualifies for sequences that conflict, or enrollment would push them past a send limit you set, the agent notifies the owner and waits, so no one receives overlapping campaigns without a human agreeing first.
List growth intake
New subscribers enter SendX through forms and imports carrying an email and whatever fields you collect. A Beam agent reads each new contact, applies your approved rule to place them on the correct list, and fills missing details it can safely infer from the source. The finished record writes back ready for your campaigns. An address that looks invalid, a domain you block, or an import row with contradictory values is set aside and routed to a person, so bad data never dilutes your list or hurts deliverability.
