Reader engagement tagging

Sendloop tracks how each subscriber interacts with your campaigns through opens and clicks. A Beam agent reads that activity after a campaign lands, applies the tagging rule your team approved, and marks engaged or dormant readers on their contact record so future sends target the right group. The updated tags write back to Sendloop for the next campaign. Subscribers whose behavior is hard to classify, or whose activity contradicts an existing tag, are handed to a person rather than retagged automatically, keeping your segments trustworthy and current.

Campaign scheduling records

Every Sendloop campaign carries a schedule, an audience, and content ready to go out. An agent reads an upcoming campaign, checks its audience and timing against the rules your team set, and updates the recipient list or flags a timing conflict before the campaign sends. It writes any correction back so the send reaches the intended readers. A campaign aimed at a suppressed segment, or one whose timing overlaps another send in a way your policy forbids, is paused and referred to a person for approval.

Bounce and unsubscribe cleanup

Sendloop records bounces and unsubscribes as subscribers leave or addresses fail. A Beam agent reads these events as they appear, applies your approved rule, and removes or suppresses the affected contact so your list stays deliverable and compliant. The change writes back to the list and the count adjusts. When a bounce looks temporary rather than permanent, or an unsubscribe request arrives through an unusual path, the agent leaves the record untouched and notifies a person, so no one is dropped from your list by mistake.
