Listing and catalog updates

Sellercloud manages the product listings a retailer sells across marketplaces and its own store. A Beam agent reads catalog changes and channel records, applies your rule for titles, pricing, and where each item should appear, and updates listings to match. It records what changed and on which channel. Listings with missing prices, conflicting details, or restricted categories are routed to a merchandiser to confirm before they publish. Routine catalog upkeep happens on its own, so retailers keep listings consistent across channels without editing the same product on every marketplace by hand.

Inventory synchronization

Sellercloud tracks stock across the channels a retailer sells on so counts stay aligned. A Beam agent reads inventory movements as sales and restocks land, applies your rule for reorder points and buffers, and adjusts the quantities each channel shows. Where stock falls below a set level, it updates the record and notifies whoever manages buying. Large gaps between recorded and expected counts, or items showing negative stock, are set aside for a person to reconcile. Routine quantity upkeep runs as movements arrive, so sellers avoid overselling without watching every channel themselves.

Order routing across channels

Sellercloud brings orders from many channels into one place to fulfill. A Beam agent reads each incoming order, applies your rule for warehouse, shipping method, and priority, and routes it to the right place to pick and pack. It updates the order status and notes where it was sent. Orders that are high-value, flagged for fraud, or missing address details are held for a person to review before they move. Routine orders are routed as they arrive, so operations staff work exceptions instead of directing every parcel across channels by hand.
