Harvest web pages into fields and drop them into your tools, automating repetitive collection work like copying tabular data into a sheet.
Guided page collection
Scraptio aims to make scraping approachable, collecting data from pages you select. A Beam agent triggers a run where the connector and account permissions allow, reads the returned content, and applies your approved rule for which values to keep. Matching fields are written into your destination with the source noted. When a page returns nothing usable, or its structure no longer fits the rule, the agent avoids writing a partial record and routes the case to a person, who checks whether the target changed or the selection needs adjusting before the next run.
Field-to-record mapping
Scraptio produces values that a Beam agent can place into your systems. The agent reads each collected field, applies your mapping rule, and writes rows into the sheet or database you name, one record per source item. A collection time is stored so results stay auditable. If a required field comes back empty, or a value fails the check your rule defines, the agent holds that row and flags it for a person, keeping incomplete entries out of the tables your team relies on rather than filling gaps with guesses.
Exception routing
Scraptio runs can meet pages that do not behave as expected. A Beam agent reads each result and compares it against your approved pattern before writing anything. Results that match are stored against the right record, and results that fall outside the pattern are set aside. Rather than pushing questionable data forward, the agent notifies a person with the source and what looked wrong, so a human decides whether the site shifted, the run needs new settings, or that source should be skipped until someone reviews it properly.
