Content Verification Certificates

ScoreDetect issues a certificate that records proof of a piece of digital content at a point in time. A Beam agent watches for newly published or updated content, reads its details, and requests a certificate using the rules your team set for what needs protecting. It stores the returned certificate reference on the content record. Items with unclear ownership, a licensing question, or content the policy flags as sensitive are not certified automatically; the agent holds them and routes the case to an owner, who confirms the details before any certificate is issued.

Ownership Proof Records

Each ScoreDetect certificate ties a timestamp and checksum to a specific asset as evidence of authorship. A Beam agent reads a request to prove ownership, matches it to the stored certificate, and updates the record with the proof link so it is ready to share. It notifies the requester when the record is complete. Requests that name an asset with no certificate, or ones tied to a dispute, are not answered by the agent alone; it routes them to a person, who reviews the history and decides how to respond to the claim.

Publishing Integrity Checks

ScoreDetect can compare current content against its certified version to show whether it changed. A Beam agent reads a piece of published content, checks it against the stored certificate, and updates the record to note whether it still matches. It alerts the owner when a mismatch appears. A difference that could mean tampering, an unexpected edit, or a broken reference is never resolved by the agent; it flags the item and hands it to a person, who inspects the content and decides whether the change is legitimate or a problem.
