Nurture subscribers across SARE channels and record campaign responses, automating marketing work like scheduling multichannel sends.
Multichannel Campaign Sends
SARE pushes campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels from one place. A Beam agent readies a scheduled campaign by reading the chosen audience, confirming each contact's channel consent, and dropping in the approved creative your marketing lead signed off. It queues the send per channel and writes delivery and open figures back onto the campaign. Anything unusual, a sudden bounce spike, a consent gap, or copy the agent cannot match to an approved version, stops the send and goes to a marketer, who reviews the issue and releases or edits the campaign.
Behavioral Automation Flows
Automation flows in SARE react to subscriber actions like a click or a purchase. A Beam agent watches for a trigger event, reads the subscriber's history, and enrolls them in the flow your team pre-approved for that behavior. It records each step and updates the contact as they progress. Subscribers who hit an edge case, such as membership in two conflicting flows or a recent complaint, are held out; the agent notes the conflict and routes the case to a marketer, who reads the history and decides which path, if any, the contact should follow.
Subscriber List Segmentation
Segmentation in SARE groups subscribers by attributes and behavior. A Beam agent reads incoming profile and activity updates, then re-sorts each contact into the segments your team defined, so lists stay current for the next send. It writes the segment membership onto the record and notes what changed. Contacts with contradictory data, a possible duplicate, or signals that place them across sensitive segments are not moved blindly; the agent sets them aside and asks a person, who reviews the profile and confirms where the subscriber belongs before campaigns use the list.
