Reply Quality Scoring
Sapling.ai reads written messages and returns grammar, tone, and quality signals. A Beam agent passes each outgoing support or sales reply through Sapling.ai before it goes out, reads the returned scores, and applies the bar your team set for what is ready to send. Replies that clear the bar are marked approved and stored with their score. Drafts that fall short, use risky wording, or touch a sensitive topic the rules cover are held back and routed to the writer, who reads Sapling.ai's notes, revises the message, and decides when it is fit to send.
Autocomplete Snippets
Snippets in Sapling.ai expand short triggers into full approved responses. A Beam agent watches for a common question in a ticket or chat, reads the intent, and pulls the matching snippet your team wrote and cleared for that case. It inserts the response into the draft and records which snippet was used. Questions with no clean snippet match, or ones that combine several issues, are not guessed at; the agent flags the item and hands it to a rep, who reads the request and answers it or writes a new snippet for later reuse.
Content Moderation Checks
Sapling.ai can flag text that breaks policy. A Beam agent runs user or agent messages through this check, reads the returned flags, and applies your moderation rules to hold, allow, or mask each item. Clean text passes and is logged; obvious violations are quarantined per the rule. Borderline cases, or messages where the flag and the context disagree, are not decided by the agent; it routes them to a moderator with the reason attached, and that person reads the message and makes the keep-or-remove decision before the item moves on.
