Client intake forms

RiskAdvisor collects insurance details through smart forms your producers send to clients. When a form is submitted, a Beam agent reads the answers, checks them against your intake rules for the line of business, and files a clean record for the producer. Missing or contradictory fields, like a stated vehicle count that does not match listed drivers, are flagged back for correction. Complete, straightforward submissions move to quoting. Anything with unusual exposure or answers that hint at higher risk is set aside for a licensed producer to look at before it advances.

Quote handoff

A finished RiskAdvisor intake needs to reach the right producer or carrier path without detail getting lost. A Beam agent reads the completed submission, applies your routing rules by line and territory, and hands it to the assigned producer with a short summary of the key exposures. It records the handoff and starts the follow-up clock. Submissions that name a coverage type your rules do not handle, or that carry E&O-sensitive gaps, are held and pointed to a human so nothing binding happens on an incomplete file.

Renewal follow-up

Policies approaching renewal need timely outreach or coverage lapses. A Beam agent reads renewal dates from RiskAdvisor records, checks which clients are inside your outreach window, and prepares the intake refresh or reminder your process calls for. It assigns the task to the servicing producer and logs each touch. Clients already renewed or marked do-not-solicit are excluded. Accounts with claims history, a coverage change request, or a large premium swing are escalated to a producer, since those conversations need judgment a rule cannot safely make on its own.
