A Beam agent reads each new enquiry, applies your rule for the property, area, and agent responsible, and assigns it to the right person with the enquiry details attached. It updates the enquiry status and notifies the assigned agent. Enquiries that are high-value, come from an existing client, or lack key details are surfaced to a manager to place. Routine enquiries are owned quickly, so agents follow up with interested buyers promptly instead of picking through a shared inbox each time one arrives.

Straightforward changes are saved and dated on their own. Contradictory details, possible duplicates, or contacts tied to a sensitive deal are set aside for an agent to confirm. This keeps the agency's contact list current between manual updates, so agents reach the right people with the right context without tidying every record after each call themselves.
