Render RenderForm templates from data records, writing finished images and PDFs back and notifying owners when fields are missing.
Template based image generation
When data arrives for a graphic, the agent reads the values and picks the matching RenderForm template. It applies your rules, fills the template fields, and requests the rendered image, then writes the finished file to the record that needs it. Requests with complete, valid data render and post automatically. Missing fields, text too long for a layout, or an image URL that fails to load are held and routed to a designer, who fixes the input or adjusts the template before the graphic is used, so no broken or half filled asset ships to a channel.
Bulk PDF creation
For document runs like certificates or invoices, the agent reads each data row and generates a PDF from the RenderForm template you assign. It applies your formatting rules, names each file per your convention, and updates the source record with a link to the finished document. Rows with clean data complete across the batch and are logged. A row missing a required value, a total that fails a check you define, or a template error mid run is held and escalated to an operations owner, who corrects the data and reruns only the affected documents rather than the whole set.
Data driven field population
Before a render, the agent reads the incoming record and maps each value to the correct field in the RenderForm template, such as names, prices, and dates. It applies your mapping rules, writes the values in, and flags anything that does not fit. Records that map cleanly proceed to render on their own. A field with no matching data, a value in an unexpected format, or content that would overflow the design is held and routed to a person, who corrects the mapping or the source data before the template is rendered and the asset leaves the system.
