Deal registration handling

When a partner submits a deal in Relavate, the agent reads the registration, the partner record, and any existing opportunities it touches. It applies your approval rules, checks for conflicts with deals already registered, and updates the record with a status and expiry date. Clean, unique registrations get approved and logged automatically. Overlapping claims on the same account, deals missing required detail, or values above a threshold you set are held and routed to a channel manager, who resolves the conflict and decides whether the registration stands before any protection or discount is granted.

Partner commission calculation

After a deal closes, the agent reads the sale amount, partner tier, and payout terms stored in Relavate. It calculates the commission against your reward rules and updates the partner record so the amount is ready for payment. Payouts that follow the standard schedule are prepared and noted. Split deals, retroactive tier changes, or amounts that exceed a limit you define are held back and sent to a finance owner. The agent computes and records the figure but never releases a payment on its own; a person approves every payout before funds move.

Partner onboarding tracking

As a new partner signs up, the agent reads their profile and the onboarding steps defined in Relavate, such as agreements signed, training done, and details supplied. It applies your enablement rules, updates each step as evidence arrives, and notifies the partner about what remains. Partners who complete the path advance without help. Missing agreements, expired documents, or a partner stuck on a step past your allowed window get raised to a partner manager, who reaches out directly and decides whether to extend, assist, or pause the onboarding until requirements are met.
