Call disposition logging

After a Regal call ends, an agent reads the outcome, recording, and notes on the contact. It applies your disposition rules, writing the correct status to the contact record and updating fields such as attempt count and last contact date. Calls with a clear result post back without a person touching them. When an outcome is ambiguous, a note conflicts with the tagged disposition, or a contact asks for something outside the script, the agent leaves the record marked and hands it to a rep to decide the next move.

Callback scheduling

When a contact asks to be reached later or a call goes unanswered, the agent reads the request and the contact timezone, then books a callback in Regal against your cadence rules. It writes the scheduled time to the record, assigns the owning rep, and notifies them so nothing slips. Standard reschedules inside allowed hours happen on their own. Requests for odd hours, repeated no answers past your retry limit, or contacts marked do not call get held and sent to a supervisor, who decides whether to continue outreach or close the contact out.

Contact list updates

New leads and status changes flow into Regal from your other systems, and the agent keeps contact records current. It reads incoming fields, checks them against your list rules, and updates phone numbers, ownership, and campaign membership so dialers work from accurate data. Duplicate contacts get merged where the rules are unambiguous. When two records disagree on core details, a number fails validation, or a lead lacks consent to be called, the agent stops short of writing and routes the record to an operations owner to clean up before it enters a calling queue.
