Meeting note capture

After a meeting, a Beam agent takes the approved source, a transcript or summary, and files a clean note in Reflect under your structure. Triggered when the meeting ends, it reads the content, applies rules for title, tags, and placement, and writes the note, then links it to the people and topics involved. Routine notes file themselves. Content that looks sensitive, is confidential, or cannot be aligned to the right context is held and routed to a person, who confirms where it belongs before the note is saved and linked into the graph.

Backlink and tag suggestions

Notes are more useful when connected, so a Beam agent reads new entries in Reflect and proposes links and tags to existing notes under approved rules. It checks the text for known people, topics, and terms, then updates the note with matches or drafts suggestions for you to accept. Confident connections are applied; weaker ones wait. When a match is uncertain, points to several possible notes, or would join unrelated topics, the agent leaves it as a suggestion and asks a person to confirm before the link becomes part of your graph.

Daily note organization

Daily notes fill up fast, so a Beam agent reads the day's entries in Reflect and sorts them under approved rules, moving tasks, ideas, and references to their proper notes. On a schedule it updates placements, adds tags, and links items to ongoing topics, then flags anything that needs your attention. Loose ends stay visible. Entries that are ambiguous, could belong in several places, or read as private are left untouched and routed to a person, who decides where they go before the agent files them away.
