The agent never cancels or refunds on its own judgment; it prepares the case and leaves the final decision to your fraud team.

Verification status updates

A customer's verification state can change as documents are submitted, re-checked, or expire. A Beam agent reads each state change and updates the linked records across your connected systems so support, shipping, and finance all see the current status. Following your rules, it can prompt a customer to re-submit when a check lapses. Cases where the status conflicts across systems, or where a customer disputes a result, are handed to a person to resolve. The agent works only within the permissions your Real ID connection grants and logs each update so the audit trail stays intact.
