List and subscriber management

ReachMail keeps contacts in lists you send to. A Beam agent watches for new signups or imports, reads each contact's detail, and files it into the right list using the rules your team approves, tagging interests or source along the way. It corrects obvious formatting problems and marks unsubscribes so they are honored. When a contact arrives with a bad address or lands in two lists that conflict, the agent holds it and asks a person to resolve the entry. All list writes stay inside the permissions your ReachMail connection grants, and each change is recorded for compliance.

Campaign scheduling and delivery

A ReachMail campaign is an HTML email queued to a list at a chosen time. A Beam agent reads a campaign draft your team has prepared, checks the target list and send window against your rules, and queues it for delivery once the conditions are met. It writes the scheduled state back so everyone sees status. Campaigns with an untested template, a shaky list, or a send outside approved hours are paused for a person to sign off. The agent never launches a send your rules have not cleared, and it logs who approved what.

Open and click reporting

After a send, ReachMail records opens, clicks, and bounces. A Beam agent reads these results on the cadence you set and writes a plain summary to the record or channel your team uses: how the campaign performed against past sends and where engagement fell. Following approved rules, it can move hard bounces off active lists and tag disengaged contacts for a re-engagement path. Anything that suggests a deliverability problem, like a spike in bounces, is routed to a person to investigate. The agent reports the numbers and leaves the strategy calls to your team.
