Feed fresh URLs to Rapid URL Indexer, reading and writing indexing records to automate work like requesting crawls for new pages and reporting indexed status.
Crawl request submission
Rapid URL Indexer asks Google to crawl and index a URL you supply. A Beam agent watches your chosen source, a sitemap, a new blog record, or a backlink list, reads each fresh URL, and files a crawl request through the connector when your rules mark that page ready. It records the request and the date so nothing is asked twice. URLs that look malformed, point to staging, or sit behind a login are held back and shown to a person, who confirms whether the page should really be pushed to Google before the agent submits it.
Index status reporting
After a request, indexing can take time and sometimes fails. A Beam agent reads the status returned for each URL on the interval you set and updates your tracking record: indexed, pending, or not picked up. Following rules you approve, it re-requests pages that stall past a threshold and marks ones that succeed. When a page is repeatedly refused, which can point to a quality or crawl-block issue, the agent stops retrying and routes it to a person with the details. That keeps requests defensible and avoids hammering the same failing link over and over.
Backlink indexing workflow
New backlinks only help once search engines see them. A Beam agent reads a backlink list you maintain, checks which entries have been submitted, and queues the rest for indexing under your rules. It writes each link's state back to your record so the outreach team sees progress. Links from sources your policy excludes, or ones that fail validation, are set aside for a person to review rather than pushed automatically. The agent works only within the account permissions your connection grants and logs every submission so the campaign remains auditable end to end.
