Message Quriiri recipients and delivery reports, reading status records and writing new sends so approved rules notify customers and re-send on failure.
Outbound message sending
Quriiri sends SMS and other messages to customers and returns delivery information. A Beam agent reads the trigger record and recipient details, then applies the customer rule to compose the approved message and release it through the connected channel. The send and its result are written to the message log for the record. When a number looks invalid, a recipient has opted out, or a message falls outside the approved templates, the agent holds it and notifies the owner, so a person confirms the contact before anything ever reaches a customer's phone.
Delivery status tracking
Quriiri reports whether each message was delivered, failed, or is still pending. A Beam agent reads the returned status records and applies the approved rule to close delivered items, re-send on a soft failure, or note a permanent one. Each outcome is logged against the original send. When a message fails repeatedly, a whole batch stalls, or a status the rule does not recognize appears, the agent stops re-sending and escalates to a person with the delivery details, keeping a possible carrier or number issue firmly in human hands.
Two-way reply handling
Quriiri receives replies from customers and ties them back to the original conversation. A Beam agent reads incoming replies and applies the customer rule to record the response, update a status, or route a request to the right team. The reply and action are written to the thread for continuity. When a reply contains a request the rule cannot map, an opt-out, or wording that suggests a complaint, the agent hands it to a person with the conversation attached, so sensitive customer messages get a human response rather than an automatic one.
