Event-driven push alerts
Push by Techulus sends notifications to phones and desktops from a simple call, and a Beam agent decides when each one fires. Watching an upstream system, the agent reads the incoming event, checks it against your alert rules for who and when, and posts the notification to the right recipient through the channel Push exposes. Routine, in-policy alerts go out immediately. An event that matches a rule you marked sensitive, or that would notify a large group at once, is held for a person to approve before the agent releases it.
Transactional message delivery
Much of Push by Techulus traffic is transactional: an order shipped, a job finished, a threshold crossed. A Beam agent maps each such event to a message and recipient using your template. It reads the record behind the event, fills the template fields, and posts the notification the moment the state changes, then notes that it went out. If a required field is empty, or the recipient token looks invalid, the agent skips the send and notifies an operator, so a customer never receives a half-written or misdirected alert.
Notification delivery checks
Sending an alert is only useful if it lands, so a Beam agent watches what Push by Techulus reports back. After each send, the agent reads the delivery result the service returns, marks the source record as notified, and moves on when the status is good. Repeated failures to one device, or a spike in undelivered messages, are gathered and raised to an operator with the affected recipients listed. That way a quiet outage in the notification path is caught by a person early, instead of surfacing later as missed alerts.
