When a new brief lands in your queue, the agent reads the topic, angle, and any source notes, then requests a draft under the editorial rules you approved: length, tone, and sections. It writes the returned copy into your drafts library and tags it for the right desk. Pieces on sensitive subjects, or briefs missing a required source, are handed to an editor before anything moves toward publication.

Social visual creation

Alongside articles, PublisherKit produces social media visuals sized for each channel, and a Beam agent generates these to match a finished story. Once a draft is approved, the agent reads the headline and key line, requests a matching graphic per your brand rule for colors and layout, and attaches the result to the post record. It queues one visual per target network so nothing is missing at publish time. Requests where the headline is too long for the template, or where brand assets are absent, route to a designer for a manual pass.

Content brief intake

Every piece PublisherKit makes starts from a brief, and a Beam agent keeps that intake orderly. As requests arrive from a form, sheet, or inbox, the agent reads the subject, deadline, and owner, checks them against the fields your workflow requires, and files a clean brief into the production queue. Complete briefs are assigned to the next open slot automatically. A request that omits a deadline, names no owner, or duplicates an existing brief is set aside for a coordinator to sort out before it consumes a generation credit.
