Entries describing incidents, injuries, or damage are never auto-completed; the agent routes them straight to a safety lead so a qualified person documents and acts on what actually happened on site.

Change order status updates

Change orders move through pricing, approval, and execution, and stakeholders lose track of where each one sits. A Beam agent reads Procore change events and updates the status as items progress, applying the thresholds your team set for who signs off at each dollar amount. It notifies the parties waiting on the next step and keeps the budget view aligned. Any change order above the approval limit, or one that alters the contract sum or completion date, is routed to the project executive for a human decision before the agent records it as final.
