Transaction Categorization

Pro Ledger records the transactions that make up a small business's books. A Beam agent reads new transactions, applies your rules for how each is categorized, for example matching a vendor to an expense account, and writes the category or notifies you of an unclear entry. It can post recurring items you have pre-approved. Transactions it cannot confidently classify, or that look unusual against past patterns, are routed to a bookkeeper, who assigns them, so the ledger fills in on its own for routine activity while odd entries get a human eye.

Invoice Tracking

Pro Ledger holds customer invoices and their payment status. A Beam agent reads outstanding invoices, checks due dates against your rules, and sends a reminder or updates status when a payment clears. It can post an aging summary for the owner each week. Invoices involving a dispute, a partial payment, or a write-off are routed to a person, who decides how to record them, and the agent only adjusts the invoice once that call is made, keeping receivables accurate without acting on money questions by itself.

Statement Matching

Pro Ledger's records are meant to match bank and statement activity. A Beam agent reads ledger entries and compares them against imported statement lines under your rules, matching the clear ones and flagging the rest. It writes back matches it is confident about and notifies you of gaps. Entries with no obvious match, a duplicate, or an amount mismatch are routed to a bookkeeper, who resolves them before the period closes, so the agent handles the tedious matching while a human owns the final reconciliation.
