Designs that need a licensing check, a price outside your range, or a mockup that fails review are routed to a person, who approves before the agent makes the product live for shoppers.

Order Routing to Print Providers

Printify sends each order to a print provider that produces and ships it. A Beam agent reads incoming orders, applies your rules for provider choice and product options, and passes clean orders through while notifying you of exceptions. It writes production and shipping status back to the order. Orders with an unavailable variant, a provider outage, or an address problem are routed to a person, who picks an alternative or fixes the detail, so the agent never commits an order to a provider that cannot actually fulfill it.

Catalog and Stock Updates

Printify's catalog spans hundreds of products whose availability shifts by provider. A Beam agent reads stock and catalog changes, checks them against your listing rules, and updates or pauses affected products while alerting merchandising to gaps. It can swap a listing to an alternate provider you have approved. Changes that alter price, drop a popular item, or need a new provider decision are routed to a person, who confirms the move before the agent updates what customers see, keeping the storefront honest about availability.
