Ingest Printful orders and product records through an OAuth connection, automating dropshipping updates and stock checks.
OAuth Account Access
Printful (OAuth) links your store to Printful using an OAuth authorization rather than a manual key. A Beam agent works within the scopes that authorization grants, reads orders and product data your account exposes, and applies your rules before writing anything back. It notifies you if a permission is missing for an action. When the OAuth token expires or a request falls outside its granted scope, the agent stops and routes the issue to a person, who re-authorizes or widens access, so the connection stays secure and no action runs without proper permission.
Order Submission
Through the authorized connection, Printful accepts orders for on-demand production. A Beam agent reads each order from your store, checks items and shipping details against your rules, and submits the ones that pass while flagging the rest. It writes back the fulfillment status the connection returns. Orders that fail validation, exceed a value threshold, or carry a risky address are routed to a person for review before submission. This keeps the agent from sending flawed orders into production while the OAuth link handles account access quietly in the background.
Returns and Refunds Review
Printful reports issues like returns and reprints against fulfilled orders. A Beam agent reads these events over the authorized connection, applies your rules for what it may resolve on its own, and notifies support with the order context. For a clear reship within policy it can prepare the update. Anything involving a refund, a repeated fault, or a customer complaint is routed to a person, who decides the outcome, and the agent only records the resolution in your store once a human has approved the action.
