Print Job Routing

PrintAutopilot passes documents from an application to a chosen physical printer. A Beam agent picks up a print job when your workflow produces one, reads the destination and document type, and applies your rule for which printer or location should handle it before releasing the job. It notifies the operator when a job completes or stalls. If a printer is offline or a job fails to print, the agent holds the item and routes an alert to a person, who can retry, reassign, or clear the queue rather than letting orders pile up unseen.

Printer Status

PrintAutopilot reports the state of the printers connected through it. A Beam agent reads status data such as online, busy, or error, checks it against your rules for a shift or location, and notifies the team when a device needs attention. It can pause new jobs to a printer that is throwing errors. Where the cause is unclear, for example a repeated fault the agent cannot classify, it escalates to a person with the recent status history so a human decides whether to keep routing work to that machine.

Label and Document Handling

PrintAutopilot handles shipping labels, receipts, and other documents an application sends to print. A Beam agent reads each queued document, applies your rules for format and copies, and releases it to the right device, then records that the item printed. When a label comes back rejected or a document is missing pages, the agent stops short of reprinting blindly and routes the case to a person, who confirms the fix. This keeps costly misprints and duplicate labels from reaching customers without a human check.
