Mail personalized postcards and letters so agents read Postalytics campaign and tracking records, update recipient status, and hand exceptions to a person, automating direct mail follow-up.
Direct Mail Campaigns
Postalytics assembles and mails postcard and letter campaigns from templates and contact lists. An agent starts a campaign on a trigger you define, reads the target list and template, and applies an approved rule, such as excluding contacts who recently received a piece. It updates each recipient's record and notifies the marketer when a batch is queued. Lists with missing addresses, duplicate contacts, or counts far above a normal send are paused and routed to a person, so a large or costly mailing never goes out without someone confirming it first.
CRM-Triggered Mailers
Because Postalytics ties into CRM workflows, a mail piece can follow a change in a deal or contact. An agent reacts to that CRM event, reads the contact fields it needs, and applies your rule, for example mailing a specific postcard when a stage changes. It records that the piece was triggered and writes the status back where the connector allows. Contacts missing required merge fields, or events that do not clearly map to a template, are handed to a person instead of forcing a mailer that would print incorrectly.
Delivery & Response Tracking
Postalytics reports delivery progress and response actions like QR scans and personalized URL visits. An agent reads these tracking updates on a schedule, applies your rule, and, for instance, marks a lead engaged or opens a task when someone responds. It updates the contact and notifies the owner of notable activity. Responses it cannot attribute to a known recipient, or delivery states that look wrong for the mail class, are set aside for a person, so follow-up and reporting rest on tracking data the agent has confirmed.
