Settle payments moving from crypto to fiat so agents read Poof transaction records, mark their state, and notify your team, automating routine payout status updates.
Crypto-to-Fiat Settlement
Poof accepts payments in crypto and settles them to fiat for creators and digital businesses. An agent picks up a new transaction, reads its amount, currency, and settlement state, and applies a rule you approved, for example matching it to an open invoice and marking that invoice paid. It records the outcome where the connector and permissions allow and notifies finance when a settlement completes. Transactions with amounts that do not match, currencies you have not enabled, or settlements that stall are held and routed to a person before any books are touched.
Payment Status Records
Every Poof payment carries a status as it moves from received to settled or failed. On a trigger, an agent reads the current status for the payments it is tracking and follows your rule, such as advancing an order when funds clear or pausing fulfillment when they do not. It updates the linked record and posts a short note where allowed. Payments stuck between states, or ones that fail after a customer was told they succeeded, are escalated to your team, so a person resolves the discrepancy instead of an automated guess.
Payout Notifications
Poof reports when funds are paid out to a connected account. An agent listens for these events, reads the payout amount and destination, and applies an approved rule, for instance recording the payout against expected revenue or alerting when a figure differs from forecast. It writes the confirmation where permissions allow and messages the owner otherwise. Payouts to unfamiliar destinations, or amounts outside a range you set, are flagged for review rather than logged silently, keeping money movement visible to a responsible person at every step.
