Saved Item Capture

Pocket stores articles and videos as saved items with titles, URLs, and tags. A Beam agent watches the channels your team drops links into, a shared inbox, a chat channel, a feed, reads each URL, and saves it to the Pocket list your rules point to, tagging it by topic or project. It notes who shared it and why. Links that are broken, duplicate an existing save, or come from a source you excluded are set aside and flagged, so a person decides whether the item belongs in the list before it clutters the shared queue.

Tag and List Organization

Pocket lets you tag saves and group them for later. A Beam agent reads each new item's title and content, applies the tags your taxonomy defines, and files it under the right list or project. It can retag older saves when your rules change and note items that look stale. Saves that fit no existing tag, mix several topics, or seem miscategorized are surfaced to the list owner rather than force-fitted, so a person shapes the taxonomy while the agent handles the repetitive sorting underneath it.

Reading Digest Assembly

A Pocket list grows into a backlog of saved reading worth sharing. A Beam agent reads the items added over your chosen period, groups them by tag, and assembles a digest for the channel or teammates you name, with each link and a short note. It can rank by source or recency under your rules. Items behind a paywall, flagged as sensitive, or already circulated are left out and noted to the owner, so a person decides on borderline inclusions before the digest reaches a wider audience.
