Template-Driven Rendering

Plainly maps rows of data onto reusable video templates, filling text, images, and clips per entry. A Beam agent watches a source list, a spreadsheet, a CRM segment, or a form feed, reads each new row, and submits a render job using the template your team approved. When jobs finish, it files the output links back to the source record and notifies the requester. Rows with missing assets, unreadable fields, or values outside the ranges you set are held and flagged to a producer, who fixes the input before the agent retries the render.

Batch Video Generation

Plainly can produce many videos in one run, one per data record. A Beam agent triggers a batch when your campaign list updates, reads every eligible row, and queues renders in the volume and cadence your account allows. It tracks each job to completion, then posts the finished files or download links wherever your workflow expects them. If the batch exceeds a size you capped, or a large share of jobs error, the agent pauses and alerts a coordinator rather than burning render credits, leaving the go-ahead decision to a person.

Render Status Notifications

Every render in Plainly moves through queued, processing, and done states, and can fail. A Beam agent follows those states for jobs it started, reads the outcome, and updates the linked task or ticket so requesters see where their video stands. On success it shares the asset; on failure it reports the error reason and the row that caused it. Repeated failures on the same template, or an outage that stalls the whole queue, are escalated to your production team with the job history, so a human decides whether to rebuild the template or wait.
