In-app action triggers

PixieBrix runs actions inside the web apps your team already uses. A Beam agent triggers a configured action when a page event or record matches your criteria, reads the on screen context, and applies your approved rule to fill a field, add a note, or start the next step. Routine, well matched cases run in place without a person clicking through. A page in an unexpected state, a record with missing data, or an action that would change something sensitive is paused, and the agent asks the user to confirm before it acts on a live screen.

Page context reads

Useful automation starts with reading the screen correctly. On a trigger, the agent reads the fields, records, and text PixieBrix exposes on the current page, then applies your rule to interpret what is there and decide the next action. Clear, expected layouts are read and acted on automatically. When the page renders differently, hides a needed field, or shows data that contradicts the source system, the agent stops and routes the case to a person with what it saw attached, so a human resolves the mismatch rather than letting the agent act on a misread page.

Field enrichment writes

Records often need a detail the current app does not carry. The agent reads the open record, looks up the missing value under your approved rule, and writes the enrichment back into the field through PixieBrix. Confident, well sourced values fill in on their own. A lookup that returns conflicting answers, low confidence, or nothing at all is not written blindly: the agent leaves the field untouched and notifies the user with the candidates it found, so a person picks the right value instead of trusting an uncertain guess on a live record.
