Points accrual on purchase

When a qualifying purchase posts, the agent reads the transaction, matches it to the member in Piggy, and credits points under your earning rule. Standard earns apply and the member record updates with the new balance. Purchases that look duplicated, a refund that should claw points back, or an amount above your review limit go to a person before any points move. The agent keeps the source transaction noted on every accrual so a manager can trace how a balance was reached and reverse an entry cleanly if something was counted wrong.

Reward redemption checks

When a member asks to redeem, the agent reads their Piggy balance and the reward terms, then applies your rule to confirm they qualify before releasing the reward. Valid redemptions deduct the points and notify the member. Requests that exceed the balance, target an expired offer, or come from an account flagged for unusual activity go to staff to judge. The agent records each redemption against the member and the reward so the ledger stays clean, and it never releases a high-value reward without the human sign-off your rule requires.

Membership tier updates

On the schedule you set, the agent reads each member's activity in Piggy, compares it against your tier thresholds, and updates the level for anyone who has crossed a boundary. Upgrades apply and notify the member with the new benefits. Downgrades, or borderline cases sitting right at a threshold, go to a person so no one loses status by a rounding call. The agent keeps the figures behind each tier change on record, and it leaves any exception, like a goodwill upgrade, for a manager to grant.
